Frequently Asked Questions

In order to begin care, go to the Home page and click on desired service to begin. 

We do not take insurance. We do, however, offer wholesale, affordable pricing.

Most of our services are $30/visit.

Some of the services require and additional lab fee. (See lab pricing.)

 

Absolutely. Our services are utilized but both uninsured and insured persons.

 

We see patients 7 years of age and older.

When you click on your desired service and select Start, you will be asked a series of questions, including your pharmacy details.

Your prescriptions will go to the pharmacy you selected within 1 hour of your visit time.  

Once your prescription is sent to the pharmacy, your pharmacy fills the prescription.

How fast the pharmacy fills the prescription is not within the control of the provider and depends on various factors, i.e. pharmacy staffing and number of people in que. 

We are open Monday-Thursday, 8am to 6pm.

If you are not satisfied with our service, a 100% refund may be issued prior to sending the prescription to the pharmacy. If your prescriptions has already been sent and you still would like a refund, please contact us for further discuss and review. 

Your provider may need to order lab results. The provider will notify you of what labs you are to obtain.  The ‘Lab pricing’ section on our Home page specifies lab prices.
